We bought a 2011 HHR from Zeck Ford. Steve Courter was our sales person and he was great! No pressure, easy to work with much like my overall experience at Zeck. We even got cookies in the mail! Awesome!!

Steve Courter was very helpful. He showed us vehicles that we were interested in and let us take our time. He didn't waste our time, but he didn't rush us either. We felt like he really wanted to help us find the right car for us. They were also able to give us a pretty good deal on financing. When we need another car (hopefully it will be a long time!), I think we will come back to Zeck Ford. I highly recommend them. Their prices were fair, and everyone that we dealt with there was very friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with salesman Steve Courter and Zeck Ford! I had been looking at the Ford Edge for quite some time, and Zeck Ford seemed to have the best prices and selection of anyone near me. I kind of dreaded going to the dealership to loo at them in person based on past experiences with dealerships. Steve Courter was very friendly, took a very laid back approach, and helped make the buying experience smooth and painless. After getting the car home, I found a few small problems not noticed the day I bought the car, and Steve totally took care of me to make sure all problems were resolved. Steve and Emmanuel in the service center remedied my small problems quickly, and got me on my way. Thanks for a great buying experience, and for great service after the sale!

This was my first big car buying experience. The service was great and Steve wasn't pushy. He wasn't going to make me buy a car that day or push me into something I didn't want. He worked with my budget as I am a single gal with limited income. He made it possible for me to get a great car with my idea of a realistic payment. This was the best experience ever at a dealership. At Toyota I was pushed an pressured. Not at Zeck Ford. Friendly, helpful an over the top service. I recommend them for anything car related.
