What a nice surprise to find a dealership whose focus is making sure the customer finds the vehicle that they are looking for at a price that they can afford. Our salesman, Brendan Dow, was upfront and honest from the beginning to the end of our visit. He answered all of our questions directly without the usual run around that we had experienced at other dealerships while giving us several options as we navigated through the the process of purchasing a car. It was a great experience.

We went into the dealership looking to buy either a used Chevy Tahoe, or a used Dodge Durango. We had previously gotten the big city run-around from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet, and Thoroughbred Ford. It was nice to walk into a dealership where a top executive (Derek) greeted you at the front door to welcome you to his business. Both Derek and Brendan were sincerely honest in their approach to the transaction, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our price and purchase. If you want to avoid the big city dealers, and purchase a car in a no hassle, laid back, customer oriented atmosphere, I highly recommend giving these guys a shot.

I'm 46 and going thru my mid life crisis, lol. Second and last divorce, credit out of whack, only at job for three months and no money to put down on the car I was needing! Found a mustang that could fill the need and talked with Brendan at Zeck Ford. The car I wanted was more then my credit could support and I never got it. A couple weeks later Brendan called me about a equally nice car with everything I was requesting and low miles. He told me he would do me right and get me in it and I should come take it for a spin! I agree, nice car and had everything I asked for V8, stick, red, leather. It was Friday of fathers day weekend and near closing time. I was needing to leave to pick up my son who I hadn't seen in three months and Brendan made sure I picked him up in it. Had a few small issues from previous owners and the following week he had of all fixed in a couple days and he had me a loaner car to drive till it was ready. The car had everything fixed and it was detailed out! Great Experience! Need a car and going thru a crisis? I would suggest talking with Brendan at Zeck's! Thanks Brendan! I'll be back!
